John H. & Willodene Mathews Scholarship

$1,500 awarded to students attending Auburn University’s College of Agriculture

This scholarship is given in a one-time, $1,500 payment to be dispersed to students attending Auburn University’s College of Agriculture. The AFC Scholarship Committee meets each December to decide on scholarship recipients for the following Fall semester. Once selected, each recipient will receive a letter of acceptance from Alabama Farmers Cooperative to complete and return. You may reapply each year.

Eligibility Rules

To be eligible for consideration for the John H. & Willodene Mathews Scholarship, the following criteria must be met:
  • You must be accepted to Auburn University and enrolled in the College of Agriculture.
  • If you are a transfer student, please include high school transcript and college transcript. If chosen, you must sign and return the scholarship acceptance form. By accepting the Terms & Conditions you authorize the release of the information provided on this Scholarship Application, ACT and SAT scores and high school and/or college grade point averages to the AFC Scholarship Committee and Scholarship donors.
